Begin the lesson

Regan walked around in his brand new classroom. It was spacious and very clean. He organized the desks around to his preference. The setting was 4 desks per group. There was a total of 5 groups, 20 desks. He wondered if he would have students very soon. He wasn't sure, but he was ready to make those kids have the best class ever.

Berry busts down the door to his class room. she runs in and looks around. "the berry is here behold my awesomeness. fear it!" she laughs excitedily. she looks at the 'teacher' and smiles. she runs over to him and bounces around like crazy. "hi am berry am hyper right am normally loud and annoying!" she giggles and stops bouncing. "but i will calm down to talk to you."

"..." Regan was speechless. A girl busts in here, and starts going crazy. He just smiled and said, "My...if your that hyper, think you can do a favor?" He was just going to plan to make her feel even more hyper to make her crash faster. He chuckled to himself about the plan. He was very lenient and he wanted to have some fun.

Garruk then sat down in this new teacher's class. He didn't know that he was in the wrong class. He just went in there anyway. He was hoping that the teacher wouldn't notice. He sat next to Berry, the girl he had met in the roller rink. The girl who gave him the best time of his life. The girl that was going crazy. He then heard the teacher speak to Berry. He said something about a favor. He then heard the giggle. ' He must have some sort of evil task or plan up his sleeve somewhere, if only if I could look in there, ' Garruk thought.

Regan took notice of the kid that entered his class. "Welcome to first period, young padawan. You chose Alternative English, since I presume you dislike essays and reports?" He chuckled to himself, about that. He cleared his throat and then continued, "Well, may I have your name? I am Mr. Regan Luu. Call by my first name to the best of your abilities. You may be tested on that." He chuckled again at his joke.

Garruk didn't laugh at his joke. He merely chuckled. He didn't like the whole ' Star Wars ' reference. Yet, he understood what it meant. "Hi, I'm Garruk. " He said in a monotone voice.

"Don't have to be so bland about it. What made you want to take this class? No essays?" He walked around as if he was lecturing. "I just want to tell you now that this will be an easy class. However, screw around and not following my instruction will cost you." He turned at him with a stern look, however he couldn't keep it. "I'm just playing. Just give me a bit of respect and I'll give you respect."

Berry looks at the teacher adn smiles. "yea sure i can do a favor!!" she jumps around happily "i love doing favors for people its so much fun!" she looks at the other student and smiles. "hey garruk! i didnt know you had this class! thats super cool!" she runs over to him and tackles him out of his chair.

Regan jumped a bit at the tackle. "You should play football. Anyways, can you help me finish these crates of caffeine? I really do not like drinking these sodas." To be honest he liked to drink them, but not as often. He gave her a smile and let the two students do whatever students do these days. He remembered back in his day it was, a hello and then leave.

Berry giggles as she sees the teacher jump. she smiles "you think so, maybe i might play football.." she laughs lightly and looks at him "oh that sounds like so much fun mr. regan! sure i'll help!" she hops around "this class is so awesome!"

"Thank you, Berry. They are in the collaboration space." Berry was really insane. However, it made her seem very innocent. He smiled and showed her the crates of sodas.

Xella entered the classroom. She smiled as there was two other kids already in the class. One was sitting, and the other was jumping up and down. Then the teacher. He was very formal. It was funny how dressed up he was. She then introduced herself. "Hello, I am Xella Rider."

Regan turned and greeted her. "Hello Miss Rider. I am Mr Luu. Call me as you like. Welcome to Alternative English." Xella was different from others. She had long blue hair, and she dressed western. He smiled at her and said, "I wonder if any other students chose this class."

Xella smiled and nodded at him. "With all formalities, Mr. Luu, I will call you as I just said." She brushed her hair back. She turned to the other two and greeted them. "I am Xella Rider. What are your names?"

Garruk turned towards the girl in the room. "I'm Garruk, and that over there is Berry," He started. Then he turned to Regan and continued, "something called me here," He then looked at Berry.

"Well hello Garruk." She turned to Berry, and smile and nodded me. She looked around the class room, it was simple, tidy. She guess Mr. Luu was a new teacher to the academy. So, it would be nice to have a new teacher to get along with.

Berry turns around after fishing the last soda. "that was fun! i like soda." she notices a new student in the class. "Hi am berry! sorry i didnt notice you come in but i kind of spaced out.." she giggles lightly "am always hyper and am slightly crazy!" she laughs and bounces around slightly.

Regan jumped out of surprise. "Y-you finished all of them? That's...unbelievable!" He had never had a student finish liters of soda. She was a special one. He laughed uneasily and said, "Well, I know I'm going to have someone very optimistic in my class."

Berry blinks and looks at him. "yea i finished them all.. they were really good." she giggles and smiles happily. "oh optimistic is a good thing!!" she bounces around excitedly.

"Optimism is sometimes a good thing." He decided to do a mini-lecutre. "I'm no history teacher, but in the early 1930s during the Great Depression, the Republican president, Herbert Hoover, was always optimistic that the economy was going to get better, but it never did. People blamed him for the Depression and he was not re-elected the following four years. That's when President Franklin Delanor Roosevelt, took charge and then helped us through World War II." He finished his brief history moment. He smiled and then finished with, "So, being happy all the time is not really fun. Knowing when to be happy at the correct times is best."

Berry tilts her head looking at him. "i get what your saying but then again i dont... but i think being happy all the time is fun.. its worked for me most of my life." she giggles happily and sits on a desk. "am tired from learning something.." she closes her eyes slightly and falls half way asleep.

As she slowly starts to fall asleep, Regan sighed. "She seems to finally get that sugar crash, I was starting to worry she never had one. Well anyways now that she is almost asleep, I might just go over the policy in a bit about sleeping."

Berry wakes up and stretches. "ok my cat nap is now over am fully recharged.." she giggles happily then looks at him again. she smiles at him happily. "oh i got some info i dont sleep for long periods of time during the daytime.. and my old friend said it seems like i never have a sugar crash... i wish i knew what that meant." she laughs lightly

Regan jaw just dropped. "Uhm...how long do you sleep?" He was indeed shocked and impressed. All his high school years he has been trying to stay up as long as possible but he ends up falling asleep. He could never have the energy to be all excited as her.

Berry laughs and smiles. "i sleep 4, 8 hours of sleep. i could stay up all night if i wanted but i think i should be some sleep some times." she giggles happily and smiles more. she swings her feet in the air
