The story of Kimiko Sakura

Vital Statistics: no idea what it is?
Name: Kimiko Sakura
Age/Grade: Age 13 Freshman Year
Gender: Female Neko
Height:5,2
Weight: 95 pounds....
Appearance: A average sized girl with long light pink hair tied in two twin tails usually with bows, or plain. She has ( read sometimes)light blue eyes that makes you think of an endless bright blue sky. She prefers to wear her regular clothing but will wear her school uniform. She is also able to hide her neko ears and tail sometimes to look normal. (temporary look)
Relations:( Deceased Mother) Kumiko Sakura
Sexuality:Straight
Preferences:12 so isn't interesting in those things....( put's personality instead?) A smiling optimistic girl who never gives up and wishes for everyone to be happy. She loves Nature and often wonders about it. When she feels angry or sad she would try to hide it, and say she was ok as she does not want to worry others or cause anyone trouble. She will try her best to help you out as best as she can. She is also very quiet when she is around people she doesn't know and is often caught spacing out, but near her friends she is very open.Most of the time she is shy and soft spoken and gets embarrassed very easily. She is also very clumsy and will trip bump into things and often make other mistakes... At certain times she can change her appearance to other neko forms ( or human forms but only specific characters) which is quite strange..... although she never notices....
Likes:Making people happy,flowers,sunny days, bright colors,sweets,Kittens/Cats
Dislikes:cheese, violence/fighting ,pervs
Back story: A light appeared in the sky a few hours ago and a girl fell down , without anyone noticing. Knowing nothing about the new world she landed in this she wanders around. This girl that goes by the name Kimiko Sakura was accidentally mistaken for a transfer student. Thankfully, as she was brought to this new world, her parents had previous supplied her with enough identification to get into school; medical records, transcripts, parental approval, birth certificate, and the like for her new school life to begin. Memory over all of these identifications are vague and blurry due to Kimiko's mind-blowing entry. However, with the new state she is in now, Kimiko remains confident that she'll succeed in this academy and reveal positively in this new world.
History: Kimiko never knew her Mother. When she was just a baby a war began and her mother sent her to safety in another world, so she does not remember much about where she was born. She lived in a small yet happy village surrounded by forests, a peaceful place filled with different kinds of cute animals and beautiful flowers.She was led to believe that she grew up in this village and this was the place she called home although the villagers knew that she was born as a neko person but she also has powerful hidden magic skills that she does not know of,and that none can speak of .... One day a dark magic force attacked and destroyed her village. The people knew of who she was and how important she is, so they used strong magic to be able to send her away to safety. Kimiko Sakura had so many questions as she was transported away in a magic bubble in the sky, and was sad as she had to watch as the village she once knew became unrecognizable in the cloud of dust. During the transport she was caught in bad weather and fell to the ground unconscious. Years later, she wakes up forgetting everything and she goes on trying to find out who she is..... ( takes story that i created and used on another forum.....if that's ok...? then adds more to the story) After Discovering part of who she is, she is then transported to this world. ( during this time she found a small kitten and named her Mimi. This kitten now follows her where ever she goes.) Although she was unsure of what to do she decided to look around and was enrolled in a school by mistake of being a new transfer student. Having no idea what a school life is like she begins to feel nervous ,shy and excited as she she starts her first day at school. Wondering what will her new life at school will bring, her school adventure begins~

Your application looks great; I do have one issue though. It is hard to buy a twelve year old being mistaken for a freshman in high school. It would be like calling a Dalek, K-9.

How the mistake is made needs to be explained since this is a private school and requires a certain level of proof of who you are and qualification to get it. Until that is explained or the backstory is explained, it cannot be approved.
